Log Burner Installations in Cardiff

HETAS Approved Log Burner Installers in Cardiff

A log burner is one of the best upgrades you can make to a home — cosy, efficient and a real focal point. Martyn is a HETAS approved installer, so every wood burner and multi-fuel stove we fit in Cardiff meets building regulations and is registered, giving you the compliance certificate you need for insurance and when selling your home.

We handle the whole job from start to finish: opening up or preparing the fireplace, fitting a stainless steel flue liner, laying the hearth, installing the stove and testing everything before your first fire.

Choosing the Right Stove

The right stove depends on the size of your room, your chimney and the fuel you want to burn. Too powerful a stove and the room overheats; too small and it won't keep you warm. Martyn will visit, look at your fireplace and chimney, and recommend a stove size and type that suits your home.

Whether you want a contemporary wood burner, a traditional cast iron multi-fuel stove or a full fireplace makeover, we'll give you a clear, free quote with no pressure.

Flue Liners, Hearths & Fireplace Preparation

Most log burner installations need a flue liner to keep gases moving safely up the chimney and protect old brickwork. We supply and fit liners, register plates, cowls and new hearths, and can carry out the building work to open up a blocked-off fireplace.
